My library is an odd combination of works in the Greek and Roman classics, Neo-Latin subjects, early American literature, and Sinatra Studies.
About Me
A Professor of English at Central Connecticut State University, I host "Frank, Gil, and Friends" on Tuesday mornings (8-10 AM) on WFCS 107.7 FM New Britain and at http://www.LIVE365.com/stations/wfcs/ The radio show's website is http://home.comcast.net/~g18gigliotti/site/?/home/. I am also the editor of the forthcoming AVA GARDNER: TOUCHES OF VENUS (Entasis Press, 2010) and SINATRA: BUT BUDDY I'M A KIND OF POEM (Entasis Press, 2008) and the author of A STORIED SINGER: FRANK SINATRA AS LITERARY CONCEIT (Greenwood Press, 2002). For the past few years, I've been taking tap dancing lessons. Not insignificantly, I'm a husband of 20+ years and the father of two daughters.
