An idea came up between U.S embassy Freetown and Africell to create a space that will help the greater population who can not afford to pay for venue when they want to share ideas. University students, working professionals and young secondary school pupils who may wish to do research can also access the facility free of cost. All this is the history based on humanitarian heart to help as many people as we can to build a better society.
