30 Plus Years of Sexy Historical Romance

It's said the whole phenomenon began in 1972 when Kathleen Woodiwiss' The Flame and the Flower was published--the first historical romance to be brimming with sensuality and sexual tension. Many others followed--Rosemary Rogers, Johanna Lindsey, Jennifer Wilde, and Bertrice Small among others. This group is to celebrate the work of these groundbreaking authors (even if "sex in hoopskirts" isn't what the genre is about today).
