This is a booklet containing 64 photographs of military aircraft together with amusing drawings and rhymes first published in "The Aeroplane" and "The Aeroplane Spotter" magazines, designed to help civilians identify mainly British and German fighters and bombers that they might observe in the skies above Britain during WW2. The author says that the book is for "education and amusement" and that he hopes "it may serve to remove that worried look that is so common among spotters. I found the booklet both funny and fascinating and I'm sure it will have met its original aim. This edition though undated is clearly a reprint.… (mais)
