This was a very interesting book and I liked it as much as anyone can like an informational book. The language was very clear and concise with the details of how crayons are made, but the pictures really helped the reader to visualize the text. In the United States we create more garbage than any other nation in the world and only about forty percent of that garbage is recycled. This book tell you the process the garbage goes through so it can be re-used and recycled. This book is not only very interesting but it is informing. The words are not the only important things in the story but so is the illustration because it is showing you the process being done from the Marcal Paper Mills factory in Elmwood Park, New Jersey.
