I thought it was a great book. The book is geared for those in a position of leadership like a CEO but even though I am a "stay at home Mom" I found the advice very useful. I think anyone would gain something from reading this book. I also loved getting a glimpse of what things are like as a Swiss Guard and reading the stories told regarding the Pope.
