Barbara Ketcham Wheaton

Barbara Ketcham Wheaton, trained as an art historian, has spent the past thirty-five years researching culinary history. A distinguished graduate of France's Ecole des Trois Gourmandes, she has lectured frequently and currently teaches seminars in French culture.
