Nancy B. Watson

Best book on practical application of magical techniques I've read. I do not practice magic myself, but it explained the techniques clearly and in detail. I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in learning the methodology of magical practice.

Includes a great test to help a practitioner discover his ruling element and great suggestions for which pantheon is best suited to a follower.
