"Trial Of Injustice" by T. K. Ware

My Opinion:

'Trial Of Injusice' was a good mystery, suspenseful Christian read. It was a joy seeing how Pastor Ganvis didn't hold any grudges as he dwells on using 'the power of forgiveness after it was all said and done. This author gives us quite a read of what went on in this small town of Banker, Alabama, and Charles Everson, a lawyer, comes in to save his former pastor, framed for adultery and murder. There will be many twists and turns due to all the violence in this story, but by the end, I enjoyed seeing how the power of forgiveness was right there front and center, especially for a certain Deacon Bradley. What a story this one was that dealt with greed and power. To get all of this story, you will have to pick up this read to see how well this author brings it all to the reader.… (mais)

The Pastor’s Daughter (The Rose of Ebony) by TK Ware was something of a thought provoking tale. Being a short story, a lot was fitted into a small space and it did move rather quickly but that’s no bad thing. I liked the way the book was written – chapters telling of the girl's plight interspersed with confessions from Ebony herself, written in the first person. It gave a lot of depth and meaning to the story and made you see things not just as an outsider but as a confidante, from a more privileged position.

It is a Christian book but the messages contained within are not aimed solely at the Christian community. At one point during a confessional, Ebony asks that we not judge her and that is something that happens all too quickly these days – people being judged and tried before they have had a chance to tell their side. I enjoyed the book very much, the characters were developed in such a way that it was easy to identify with them and the storyline is one that is all too common these days. A good book, I would recommend it to anyone who likes short stories.

"The decisions that we make today affect not only us, but those around us and our future. In reading Web Of Allure: A House Divided Cannot Stand by Tshombye Ware, Iwas able to see how the ebb and flow of marriage can be extremely challenging. We think that when no one is looking, like our spouse, that something as simple as dipping a toe into temptation is harmless. Web Of Allure: A House Divided Cannot Stand by Tshombye Ware shows that despite your faith, and how much you pray, you must be prepared to overcome obstacles along the way. Don't let the trappings of this world cloud your character." ~ Readers Favorite Review by Vernita Naylor… (mais)

Esquire: The Lawyer of Faith - Part One by T.K. Ware is packed with enthralling action and intriguing plot twists which make it the kind of book you read in one sitting. From deceit to revenge, Ware writes a compelling story that will have a grip on any reader. Still, T.K. Ware manages also to build powerful characters who dominate each scene effectively. The character presented by Charles Everson is an admirable one, which made me more emotionally attached to the story. The book evoked my emotions as I sympathized with different characters and felt anger and despair in between. It was an engaging read and I definitely recommend it to readers who are fans of books in the Christian thriller genre.… (mais)
