About the Author

Cleo Wade is a friend, community builder, and the author of the bestselling book Heart Talk: Poetic Wisdom for a Better Life and Where to Begin: A Small Book About Your Power to Create Big Change. I'm so grateful I read this book. It's not normally something I would pick up, but a friend had it on her list and I decided to try it. I love myself. It's no secret. But the secret is, it took a long time to get here and I am still learning and growing each day. This book is a cheerleader to help you learn and grow as well. Take the time to take care of you. Read this book. Love yourself, love each other, live your best life.
