Wonderful guide to a piece of Arizona's forgotten history. Some are accessible by car, others may be reached only by hiking or mountain bike after parking in the general area. If you visit some of these sites, don't be disappointed if the place does not look like an old west snapshot. Even in the '80's, when the book was originally released, many of these sites were nothing more that a crumbling adobe wall or foundation.
