St. Barts 2017 #6 - Local book from Fernandina Beach, FL, where i get to spend some time each year for work. An OK story with an enormous amount of local detail and roads traveled and local businesses frequented that is a bit too much. Not super great writing as we follow a local police detective and his police officer wife work to take down a major drug lord that seems to have settled in the area. My personal connection to the area helped me enjoy it up to a 3-star, but it was a push. Slow start that definitely picked up at the end.....but enjoyable.....barely.… (mais)
