Brinton Turkle (1915–2003)

This book would be best to use for primary grades. This is a wordless book and puts a spin on Goldilocks and the Three Bears. It follows a little bear as he breaks into a family's cabin and eats their food, breaks their furniture, and sleeps in their beds, and when they come home they are not pleased with what they find and chase him out. I definitely don't think I would use this in my classroom as the only thing I could potentially take from it is that actions have consequences and there are many other more recently published books that could convey the same message.… (mais)
