The Scientific Exploration of Venus de Fredric W. Taylor
Cambridge University Press has an excellent history of publishing well designed and written books in the various scientific fields. The latest is this title, which has a companion book on the Scientific Exploration of Mars. The Scientific Exploration of Venus presents an excellent review of all that is currently known about the planet in question. It would be interesting to have Cambridge publish, in the years ahead, similar titles on the other seven planet and the new dwarf planets. This book is highly recommended for the the armchair astronomer or the graduate student in a university.… (mais)
