The Secret Diary of Lizzie Bennet de Bernie Su
A serviceable retelling of Pride and Prejudice, with some character deletion or re-arranging, but which include the standard P&P plot beats. With the exception of the central 'main characters (first) vblog is successful enough to base a business on" the modernization choices worked fairly well, though lack of Austen-like distance in the Lydia's resolution was not a strength.
½A contemporary rendering of Pride and Prejudice. Not my favourite Austen spin off.
So great. Reminded me of the best parts of the web series and gave a quick glimpse at what happened next which was so great.

I listened to the audiobook of this, read by the talented Ashley Clements, and it was amazeballs. She got each characters' voice down perfectly. It was so awesome.
This book complements the YouTube series, and I loved the behind-the-scenes looks to events that we did not see on-screen, while at the same time still including stuff that happened in the series. It was lovely and it made me want to marathon watch it all again.… (mais)
