The Antiquities of Athens Volume the Second… de James Stuart
One of the 'Antiquities of Athens' series (five volumes) originally published from the mid-18th to early 19th centuries, and giving the first accurate views of the Athenian Antiquities since the Ottoman invasion. Having spent many hours perusing the originals in my old university library, it was good to make a re-acquaintance with the most famous volume - that looking at the contents of the Acropolis hill at Athens. Highly recommended.
