'Of Wolves and Psychics' is an interesting short story with a fantasy twist. Kristina, a young psychic with the ability to read minds and use telekinesis, has been taught about her ability by her grandmother and in time, her powerful shaman friend, Amos. Amos, being a powerful 'Remote Viewer,' can see things happening in places far away. When Amos tips Kristina off about a 'Wolves Den,' she is astonished to find a bar, which is a true wolf's den.

I found this to be a short, yet intriguing tale, with well built tension and a lot of mystery. There are plenty of points which I feel could have been elaborated on, to make such a short story really pack a punch. I feel that there could have been a better use of action intermingled with the explanation of Kristina's powers as the start of the book, but all in all a nice short that you can read in one sitting.
