Ground Zero (Arcadia Book 3) by Al Stone

In the final installment of the Arcadia series everything is on the line for Charlie. He knows who he (really) is. The entire worlds fate is in his hands, as he races against time and enemies to pull it all together. Not knowing who or what to trust becomes a challenge. A great ending to this series of good versus evil. Overall I found Ground Zero enjoyable and feel those who love fantasy will enjoy it as well.

Blackout (Arcadia Book 2) by Al Stone

In the second book in the Arcadia series Charlie is in a race for time to save his loved ones. He is on a quest to find a sacred stone, also a Pandemic is about to hit. Add to it his new realization about who he is. He is trying to distinguish what is real and what is not. Twists, turns and danger awaits in this fascinating story. I recommend to those who love an intense adventurous fantasy.

Talisman Of El (Talisman of El #1) by Alecia Stone

Charlie Blake keeps having nightmares, one so brutal it involved murder. He has been having them for four years. He has no clue what is going on and just wants a normal life. Soon he begins to find out and a normal life doesn't seem possible. He and his new friends are about to embark on an adventure only heard of in urban legends.

The story is original a cross between time-travel/fantasy/sci-fi. The characters are well developed. Charlie is very likable as well as his friends. There is action, adventure, thrills and suspense. Overall I found Talisman Of El enjoyable and recommend to Young adult as well as adult readers.… (mais)

I really enjoyed this book. The story is interesting and it’s easy to read. I love author’s writing style. The only problem I have with this book is about characters development. Charlie is kid with a lot of problem and somehow, he’s pretty mature. It may be because of all the problems, but it’s just hard to believe. Alex is great in the beginning but later she become jealous teen and that’s annoying but great because it’s easier to believe. I would love to learn something more about Darkein. His character is great but there are some missing pieces. The same is with Richmond, he’s fun and interesting but I would like to know more about his background. Arcadian characters are much better developed, not because we have more information on them or something like that, but because we know about them what we need to know and nothing more or less.
As I said, I have some minor problems with this book but they can be all solved in sequels. And I can’t wait to read them.
