Resenhas

I love the storyline and era of this book. It was quite a long for a series one book and the beginning of chapters had many paragraphs that seemed to be just a lot of visual set up and not much action. That being said, it kept my interest and was easy to read and went fast.

One of Stewart's "cozy gothics" if I may call it that.
There are some of the tropes of her earlier works, but none of the high drama and adventure.

A pleasant read, but not an exciting one.
