I bought this book, it wasn't an early reviewer copy (didn't realize it was a LT Early Reviewer alum til I went to put in the review), I was really amazed that they didn't get all the grammar errors before it went to print and put in the bookstores. That was oddly distracting.
A lot of the information provided was about other people's experiences, with some ghost hunting information. The ghost hunting information provided some of which is very different from what is given by other ghost hunters, such as orbs being spirits which has been primarily discredited by other researchers (usually dust, artifacts, etc), and doing hunts in broad daylight.
Very odd, I'm really not sure how to feel about this book. I'm not sure who the target audience is.… (mais)
There are a lot of interesting places with neat histories featured in this book. My biggest problem with this book is that Ms. Starr seems to place a lot of evidence in orbs, which to me seems so sketchy. Otherwise, an excellent book, whether you believe in ghosts or not.
