Jean Govoni Salvadore

Jean Govoni Salvadore Born in Paris and educated in London, Jean Govoni Salvadore has spent most of her life in Italy. She began her culinary career by distributing coffee and doughnuts to American troops in Italy during World War II. Shortly thereafter, she became Italy's first female public mostrar mais relations executive, and has been the public relations director of Villa d'Este for the last thirty years. Luciano Parolari is the Executive Chef of Villa d'Este and runs its internationally acclaimed cooking school. During the winter, when the resort closes, he has worked at The Savoy in London and The Palace in St. Moritz.
