I have not yet begun to teach Spanish, but I know this book is going to be extremely useful. I marked ideas all throughout the book and I hardly ever write in books.

This book is essentially a review of current research in SLA and SLA for Spanish that included applications for praxis. there were "pros and cons" for the major teaching strategies listed in the book and all of the strategies discussed were based on current research.

This was a refreshing read in contrast to all the compulsory reading for my credential classes and I was glad I found a book more relevant to what I intend to teach. Very useful for anyone in Spanish or foreign language teaching generally. I am sure this will become one of my most referred to books for teaching.… (mais)
