While it would be a great book for 2nd an 3rd graders, I found it "high-interest" as well, meaning it would also be a good fit for fifth graders who are reading below grade level.

For those who've survived summer camp, students will relate to Bug Blonsky. There are clever situations; crazy characters; and lots of fun in this book. It should really appeal to 3rd-5th graders.

It's similar to the first Bug Blonsky book, except this time Bug is getting into trouble at camp rather than at school. It's easy to read and the illustrations are funny and engaging.
My seven-year-old said he liked it and he would read it again, but he didn't like it quite as much as Bug Blonsky and His Very Long List of Don'ts.
