The progress I've made studying this book in one month by myself is equivalent to the year I spent in a German school. It has also been a perfect supplement to fill the gaps and reinforce what I have already acquired in school.
Since I started learning German, I've read dozens of books, lectures, and short stories. However, I have yet to find a book that explains the German grammar in depth and deals with its irregularities and usage in such a thorough and detailed manner quite like this one.
Keep in mind that the book is only suitable for learners at the intermediate and advanced levels and it states so right in the introduction.… (mais)
