This was a really fun read. As a tribute to Peter Benchley’s Jaws, it spins from the idea that the Peter spent time as a teenager on a lobster boat, and that those months were the basis of his bestselling novel. It also uses the real-like shark attacks in Matawan Creek in 1916 as pair of the plots backbone.

This book had interesting characters, an well-developed plot and good story letting (if you can ignore the author’s love of unnecessary commas.) Best is all, the overall story was engrossing.… (mais)
