Good suggestions written by two psychologists who specialize in sleep disorders on how to get a good nights sleep when our minds often waylay our performing this natural human function. The suggestions are probably familiar to most of us but they are put together in a concise but informal manner with easy exercises which are conducive to "create the kind of routine and environment that will promote good sleep..." My only criticism of the book is that it seems to be written for persons of middle age and does not address the extra obstacles encountered by an aging populations. Still, I would recommend the book for anyone having difficulty getting good sleep on a regular basis… (mais)
