This book starts out with recipes broken up into core, regimen, food categories, etc.
Intro is about Med diet and how to make it work for you.
Regulated rations include the items you use to cook with and why they are fiber filled and so beneficial.
Regimen includes listings of vegetables and fruits and other aspects of this diet plan.
Each recipe starts with a title, medium size color photo and prep and cook times.
Servings and its own size portion are listed.
List of ingredients are included and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low sodium, low sugar, low fat and fresh vs canned items.
There are a LOT of ingredients listed, be sure you have them all before starting.
Directions are given and nutritional info includes calories, total fats, NOT broken up into good or bad, dietary fiber, carbs and protein per serving.
Very fancy sounding names and a lot of ingredients but I can just imagine the flavor.
Conversion charts are listed at the end. 14 day meal plans are also included.
