Q. L. Pearce and Phyllis Emert

Well THIS was definitely a pleasent surprise! This was an impulse-mooch, so I wasn't really sure what to expect when I started looking through this book. There are some pretty interesting ghosts in here, ones I've never heard of, but what was most surprising to me was that Csejthe Castle, the most famous of Elizabeth Bathory's homes, is included. Which of course makes this book a keeper just because of that.

Some of the stories in this book, and some of the illustrations, are a little creepy. But it's a very interesting book with lots of information about lots of different places.… (mais)
