A very dated history of Tasmanian cricket (it was published back in 1957) that gives a lot of emphasis on nineteenth century cricket in Tasmania, while speeding through the fifty-odd years of the 20th century the book covers.

Obviously Burn's bizarre Ashes selection is covered as is Dodd's missing an afternoon of a major match to attend the horse racing.

There is some interesting information but sadly it's not brought to life enough; which is probably due to the style of cricket writing in the 1950s than the fault of Mr Page.
