Like condiment section a lot as most things you get from the store contain a lot of sugar and sodium.
Each recipe starts with a title and List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Directions are given along with allergies labels.
There is a medium size color photo but NO nutritional information.
Some recipes also include a summary of the dish Salad dressings would be another favorite choice as we use it daily.
Other recipe contain a food label from box of package: servings, calories, total fat, sat fat, trans, cholesterol, sodium, potassium, total carbs and protein, sugars.
This tells me the source is from a different place NOT every recipe contains a picture.
After the recipes the chapters turn into particular nutrients and what food fit into those categories. Appendices also include the authors story about how he had to make a change and the things he did to improve his overall health.
Besides the nutrient info there is specific foods and why you should put them into your diet plan and why and what part of the body will benefit.
There are also exercises that can aid your diet plan.
References are also included at the end along with authors other works.

there is NO nutritional information but I’m not seeing canned items, so everything is fresh. I'd use low sodium products.
Quite the variety for chicken dishes in the instant pot. going to try a few myself. Listing of authors other works are listed at the end. link to site for free books is no longer active.
Stews and broths would be my favorite.
