The Oakleys Take a Trip, by Sandra Oakley-Andrews is a fun little read. We follow the Oakleys on a vacation adventure through the Atlantic Provinces through the eyes of the seven year old Sam and the book is written as she would have verbalized it.

The story is enjoyable, educational and will definitely make you laugh. Although out of print for some time now, it may be possible to locate this book through used book stores or occasionally on eBay.
