This book is an introduction to using AutoCAD 2010 for the purpose of architectural drafting. There's nothing wrong with this, it's probably quite useful if you're a first-year architecture student, but it would have been more honest of the publisher to mention this somewhere on the jacket. Instead, it is described only in terms of being a general introduction to AutoCAD - which it is not. There is a single chapter on 3D modelling, and no mention of the engineering capabilities of the software (which are what I was actually seeking knowledge of when I purchased the book).

Disappointing for me, but may be useful to someone interested specifically in drafting.… (mais)
