wow it took me a long time to get through this one. i almost didn't make it, but i'm glad i did. i've been looking for a good book where the detective is, uh, deathly, shall we say and this one delivered. sometimes the book dragged a little with description but the plot just whacked it out of the park for me and kept me coming back for more!
