Solid suggestions for Air Frying.
An excellent selection of recipes, all quite easy and many lovely photos so you will know how your delicious recipe should look. The book also contains a good deal of information about pressure cooking to take some of the mystery out of it and guides to adapting your own recipes to the method. Very good information.
If you have a pressure cooker that is atheling dust, this might be just the book to have you dragging it out.
