This is a very nice book (text in Dutch). Really beautiful illustrated. Lovely design and good connection between text, illustrations, articles etc. Instructive. Probably even without understanding Dutch.

With this book I understand why Harari and his man live in Tel Aviv.

With regard to the recipies : it's vegan but not always healthy.
