A collection of classic nursery rhymes tweaked to address current political issues.

This is a humorous look at today’s society using familiar Mother Goose rhymes. However, many of the political statements will go over the heads of children and seem directed more towards adults. One or two of the poems could be used with a group of older students if discussing these issues but other than that it is doubtful there will be much interest in the book. Each poem is accompanied by an illustration but it does not add to the meaning of the rhyme.
