Carl Friedrich Keil (1807 – 1888) and Franz Delitzsch (1813 – 1890) were conservative German Lutheran Old Testament scholars whose commentary on the Old Testament has remained a classic for well over a century.

This collection includes Keil and Delitzch's commentaries on Hosea, Joel, Amos, Obadiah, Jonah, Micah, Nahum, Habakkuk, Zephaniah, Haggai, Zechariah, and Malachi.

Franz Delitzsch (Leipzig, 1813 -1890, was a German Lutheran theologian, Assyriologist, and Hebraist at a time when Hebrew literature was little understood. He harbored Jews, had a Jewish benefactor, and claimed to be studying Hebrew in order to evangelize Jews. He had two sons who followed in his scholarly footsteps.

This work examines each Psalm from the Psalter, in three volumes.
