What Does It Mean to be 'Called' To Youth Ministry? de Len Kageler
The purpose of this essay is threefold. First he reexamines the nature of 'call' from biblical theology and Church history. Then the author provides a snymposis of original research he was able to conduct at ther 1994 National youthworkers' Conventions in Chicago and San Diego on this issue. Finally, the author concludes with some thoughts on the idea of call maintenance.
