David Cay Johnston was born in San Francisco, California on December 24, 1948. He received his education at San Francisco State University, Michigan State University and the University of Chicago. Great writer!
I basically screamed (not always to myself) all the way through this.
I think one of the best quotes I read was "America wasn't created so people could get rich". A worthwhile read, no matter which side of the aisle you're on.
