David Cay Johnston was born in San Francisco, California on December 24, 1948. He received his education at San Francisco State University, Michigan State University and the University of Chicago. I think one of the best quotes I read was "America wasn't created so people could get rich". A worthwhile read, no matter which side of the aisle you're on.
