- Gavin Hopps is Research Councils' UK Academic Fellow in the School of Divinity, specialising in the relationship between literature and theology, with particular interests in Romantic writing. He has been Lecturer in English at the universities of Aachen, Oxford, and Canterbury Christ Church, and a Visiting Fellow at the University of Cambridge.
