Monique Hooker

This is an excellent book filled with delicious recipes as well as snippets of the author’s memories of growing up in France. Monique’s tips, which are scattered throughout the book are useful aids for common cooking dilemmas.
I was given this book by a very dear friend who knows Monique Hooker and had her autograph my copy. I love to cook and I love to read, this book fills both needs satisfactorily… (mais)
