Cute, pretty good for baby or toddler.
diverse picture book (hats, getting dressed, on/off; babies/toddlers)
* prominently features diverse characters: yes, dark skinned and straight, dark-haired baby brother and older sister are super cute too. I am loving this author/illustrator team!
* would work for a baby storytime (esp. if they are too small to walk and therefore a captive audience); cute enough to entertain the caretakers too. I would read this to toddlers one-on-one or in small groups; my toddlers are way too active to try reading this in a large group setting (plus the board book size is not really large enough for large groups). I also think the story in this one is more relatable and has more appeal than Baby Cakes from the same author/illustrator duo, but I have not seen Where's Bunny?, which might be a great bedtime book.… (mais)

* great for one-on-one reading. The board book is a little small for sharing in larger storytime groups, but it is a short story with sweet pictures and lots of funny oops! moments to entertain the kids. Perfect for sharing with your child after a day of baking.
