Decided to read this because I couldn't get to the library due to COVID, but it wasn't what I expected. I thought it would be more like "The Mystery Writers of America cookbook" which is delightful. This is a collection of essays and cookbook pages, and although I found some interesting I didn't read all of them. Just wasn't interested in making the perfect fried egg sandwich. I will continue to read though some of the articles but will skip others.
