This book based on the popular Kitchn website has many unique qualities. I like the focus on all things Kitchen related - redoing, organizing, outfitting, stocking, some basic skills. The big downfall of this book is one I've noticed in a few cookbooks tho - no list of recipes. You would have to thumb through every individual recipe to find one you were interested in, and not even the types of recipes (appetizers, sides, etc) are separated out into chapters, even though they are grouped together. This makes it not function as user friendly cookbook. I got so frustrated I glided over the recipes part of the book.… (mais)
