I absolutely LOVE this cookbook! I have used 10 recipes so far and all were excellent. The directions are easy to follow and most of the recipes have easy-to-find ingredients that don't require a special visit to the health food store. The recipes I tried were not just a hit with me (vegan), but also my omni husband. The recipes are so full of flavor and require little to no tweaking (which is funny because I always seem to be adding more spices to most recipes). Another thing that I liked was that although the recipes are easy to make, they make some gourmet meals, making them appropriate for holidays and guests! And don't even get me started on the photos! They're stunning and vibrant in color. The book is absolutely lovely. It'll definitely be in my regular rotation, and I will be suggesting it for purchase at my library.… (mais)
