This board book is perfect for children familiar with Alaska and for those who dream of this last frontier. This book is a Alphabet book with clever illustrations and wording for each letter.

My Review:
The clever writing of this alphabet book is engaging and fun to read. Examples including the letter “F” is for “F”airbanks “f”olks “f”reezing at “f”ifty below, or another “J” are for “J”ellyfish “j”uggling “j”ellybeans in “J”uneau. Kids and their families living in Alaska will recognize the terminology; however, others outside of Alaska may not. Specifically, references to towns in Alaska and some of the habitat and terms (ice worm, voles, and umiaks). Overall the illustrations are adequate and colorful.
