Louie is a dog with extra-long legs that make him pretty clumsy and ears that stick straight up, but he dreams of being a star like his brothers. Louie loves to play with his ball, he can toss and bounce it, but he wants to be able to balance on it. One day, Louie accidentally slides onto stage with his ball while watching his brothers show, and is able to balance on top of his ball. Louie gets everyone's attention and they all cheer for him, he feels like a star. The message behind the story is to never give up on your dreams, and also that practice makes perfect.
