I like this book a lot. Although it had chapters and a lot of texts, every page had some color on it, which made it more fun. There are only a few chapters in this book, and each chapter only had a few pages but it was still very informative. I think children would enjoy reading this book over some others with the same topic because it is short and sweet and to the point. I liked this book because it talked about different disorders and talked about when eating could become a problem. The main idea of this book was to inform the readers about the harm that can come with unhealthy eating patterns. I also like this book for fifth grades because usually around middle school is when children start becoming aware of their bodies, and when they understand their self image. Maybe once the Obamas are out of office Michele can tell it like it is. We have to deal with the fact food business. Otherwise the American people will continue to look like blimps and the medical bill sill just get worse. This nice short book is just what the country needs. Maybe all they need is the title page.

Pretty straightforward book to read. More for young people, but I learned more about health, minerals and other nutrients that I should have learned when I was a teenager!
