This is a quick read with succinct facts about snacking. Not so much a diet book as a plan for changing your eating habits and why snacking is important. Not just any kind of snacking though, but proper snacking. Think veggies and fruits and snacks between 100-300 calories, not cookies and chips loaded with sugar, fat and calories. I love how this book breaks down how and when to snack. I am a very schedule orientated person and that helped to make time for the snacks. I also love the ideas and recipes for snacks to make and keep at work. They help me stay away from the chips and candy and eat what I have all ready prepared. I also like how drinking water and mild exercise are added in to help curb cravings.
