This is a charming introduction to basic yoga asanas for the curious but uncommitted. She talks about how yoga changed her life, but isn't preachy. I found it very helpful putting together a desultory practice that actually helped me quite a bit. I'm now convinced that some kind of stretching is necessary for all exercise programs and that yoga is both comprehensive and fun. If you're already a committed yogi, you won't find anything particularly helpful here.
